NOTE:

1. If only 2 flaggers are on site, for 2 way flagging operations, client may need to provide periodic chances for flaggers to take breaks using clients own personnel, as flaggers are unable to leave their posts in these sensitive circumstances. If client cannot provide assistance, additional flagger or supervisor should be considered to maintain safety and site integrity.
These individuals covering breaks also need to be flagger certified.

2. Unless noted otherwise, we do not automatically acquire permits for traffic operations, or inherit any other responsibility for right of way operations required by the City or borough. These responsibilities are the clients. Unless commissioned. We have full capability and experience to acquire permits and to follow rules and regulations of right of way operations if commissioned to do so.
These Services can be added at an additional cost of 10 – 20% on top of the permit costs calculated on a case-by-case basis.
